Generally the traditional approach is to fill spray bottles with the chemical, spray it where needed, and then wipe off excess using a towel. This is a tedious process and provides inconsistent results at best.

Conventional pre-moistened wipes are convenient but are not available using the chemicals you want to use. The few choices that exist are expensive, and require obtaining additional approvals to implement.
